While the River precinct is Noosaville to most visitors, the suburb stretches from Munna Point through to the beautiful forests of Doonella Estate. None of it is more than 5 minutes drive to the Noosa River foreshore.
Noosaville is home to the hospital and extensive medical services, the Good Shepherd Lutheran College, St Teresa’s Catholic College and Noosaville State School, the Noosa Library and Leisure Centre, Bunnings, Officeworks, multiple gyms, the BBQ & Fireplace company, Noosa Village, Noosa Civic and Bushlands shopping centres, and dozens and dozens of local small businesses in every trade.
Noosa Civic shopping mall also houses Big W, a couple dozen boutiques, hairdressers and beauty bars, all the banks, post office, business centre, and the office of local state MP, Sandy Bolton.
Centrally located, Noosaville is home to two industrial estates – along Project Avenue, where you will also find fish wholesalers, Noosa Box Office and the Land & Sea Brewery, and along Rene Street, where you will also find the Noosa Animal Hospital, Wonderdogs doggy day care, and the truly wonderful Belmondos organic deli/supermarket with the exclusive Eumundi Meats and Clandestino coffee roasters, Tanglewood Bakery and the Belmondos cafe.
Across from Maccas on Gibson Road you’ll find Acres Garden & Wellness centre – where you can float your cares away in a saltwater tank, stretch out the kinks of the day with yoga and enjoy a lovely lunch or morning tea outdoors at The Secret Garden cafe after perusing the furniture stores and garden centre.
There is a further commercial centre at 95 Eumundi-Noosa Road, called EcomNoosa, home to start-ups and tech companies, (and Noosa4Sale!) and the magnificent Sweetness Contained, a catering company and bakery of cupcakes and deserts of note. It makes a wonderful spot for client meetings.
In residential terms, Noosaville boasts the exclusive waterfront canal homes of Noosa Waters, the coveted duplexes and apartments of the river precinct, the newer Doonella estate, and the more affordable Beckmans Green and Bushlands estates.
