Between the river precinct and the industrial parks is the exclusive canal estate of Noosa Waters. From the very vibrant social club The Noosa Waters Association that welcomes new residents, through to the croquet pitch, this is a much more friendly neighbourhood than its magnificent architecturally designed homes and high fences suggest.
The canals all lead to/from the Noosa River where there is a loch controlling water levels and access. Waterfront residents have private jetties on which their boat and water craft are moored, with lovely canal views.
But not everyone can be waterfront, and there are many stunning dry-block homes offering all the same amenity of location and neighbourhood.
